About the Webinar
OTOinsights present our customer experience research findings for eight international travel sites, including Expedia, Travelocity, Thomas Cook, Opodo and Lastminute.com. Our research focuses on booking processes, usability issues, design and branding. Our research goal is to answer these questions:

- What are the good, the bad and the ugly features of key online travel sites?
- How critical is usability research and measurement in online booking?
- What best practices can be gleaned from this research and implemented within your own travel and tourism sit
