A report by wireless market research firm Wireless Expertise has shown that the number of smartphones sold worldwide each year is expected to increase by about 28%-30% from around 165m in 2009 to 423m in 2013.

CoolBrands have released its annual barometer of the nation’s coolest brands, naming iPhone top and replacing the three year rain of Aston Martin.

Louis Vuitton lose out to Google

Louis Vuitton have been rejected in its claim against Google, the luxury fashion house had claimed that Google had infringed its copyright.

Advertisers look set to increase online spend

An on-line advertising survey claims advertisers will increase spend by over 70% on on-line display advertising over the next year.

New data has shown that US visitors accounted for 54% of the traffic growth for UK news websites in 2009.
