The McDonalds equation: Workforce over 60 = Increased profits

McDonald’s restaurants with staff predominantly aged over 60 are more profitable, these are the findings from McDonald’s themselves.
They also claimed there is a 20% increase in customer satisfaction in restaurants which have staff aged above 60.

E-commerce comes to Facebook

1-800-Flowers.com have developed a Facebook App which will make the retailer one of the first to build a complete e-commerce website within Facebook.
The fan page store allows users to order flowers and gifts from the retailer while still being logged on to Facebook.
